The SealGreen Kennel Sealer requires one major application. We recommend a treatment every 4 to 5 years depending on the traffic use. The main application has a life of 20 years. The sealer works by penetrating the concrete surface and chemically reacts. Becoming part of the concrete sealing all microscopic pores available at the time. As the concrete wears by traffic usage, it will open new pores. Therefore, we recommend an application every 4 – 5 years.
