We recommend using our SealGreen Poly-StepGurad with Anti-skid over a painted or stained floor. This is a clear one part water based polyurethane with anti-skid. It will be applied as a clear coat over your floor with a roller. It is safe for pets, environment and it does not have any VOCs. It meet all the American Act for Disabilities requirements. We use it in garage floors where their is exposure to water and snow and other materials.
