ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 10% restocking charge for all cancelled orders prior to shipping. All orders cancelled after shipping will be treated under the Return Policy Requirements. The 10% restocking charge covers the cost of processing the credit cards, processing the order and fulfillment of the order prior to shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Our products are chemicals, and therefore, have a limited shelf life and are susceptible to extreme weather temperatures. To ensure that every product we sell, install, and ship is in its best and freshest condition, we have a Limited Return Policy. We cannot resell a returned product with a clear conscious that the product is still at its best after it leaves our office and is returned.
We have a No Return Policy and No Warranties for international sales.
RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS
- All products require an RMA (Return Material Authorization). Call 913-681-3451 or email us at Info@sealgreen.com. Issuing an RMA does not guarantee a refund. The product must be received in our office within 7 days of the issuance of an RMA and within 15 days of the purchase date. They must be unopened and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund. All returns will be inspected immediately, and a condition report will be issued.
- All returned materials must display the RMA number on the shipping box.
- All returned materials need to be packaged to prevent damage and to keep the product in good shape.
- All materials need to be returned to our office within 15 days of the purchase date. No returns of any type will be approved after 15 days from time of purchase.
- All returned materials will be charged a 25% restocking fee
- Refunds Do Not include original shipping fees or shipping fees to return the product.
