We suggest testing our SealGreen Efflorescence Remover. The Rust Remover only removes rust stains which typically are orange/brown color.
Some white stains are a result of the sealer breaking down with the exposure to water and fertilizers. If the Efflorescence Remover does not take the white stain off, we also have other removers such our SealGreen SCR1600 which removes sealers.
The SCR1600 may remove the sealer and white stain. You will have to re-coat the affected area with SealGreen E15 for Stamped Concrete.
