No, do not use SealGreen Gray-Out Waterless Oil Cleaner. The brown stain may be a result of hard water leaving a brownish/orange stain on the concrete. We recommend buying the 8oz SealGreen Rust Remover to test if it will remove the rust stain. Once you remove the rust stain, we highly recommend sealing the driveway with SealGreen Concrete Sealer Concentrate with Salt defense Technology. The sealer will protect your concrete, keep it clean and reduce the penetration of stains making them easier to remove.
