You need to do the following to determine if it is a stain or the acid eat the surface of the concrete:
1. If the surface of the concrete feel different when you rub your fingers over it, it is not a stain it is an acid burn and that can not be clean with a stain remover.
a. One solution is to have the floor stain with color to hide the burn
b. Grind the entire surface of the concrete to make it look the same and then seal with a color stain.
2. If the surface is smooth you may want to buy a small 8oz of SealGreen Rust Remover to see if it will remove the stain. We have not evaluated the product trying to remove acid stains so we cannot offer any warranties.
