The white stains area a result of over application. This applies to SealGreen Concrete Sealer, SealGreen Garage floor or smooth concrete sealer, SealGreen Polished Concrete Sealer, SealGreen Kennel Sealer and SealGreen Cure and Seal.
Here are steps to remove excess sealer from your concrete or surface that you seal:
1. After the original sealer application has dried allow a couple of days before procedure.
2. Apply concrete sealer to the whitish powder stains. Soak stains well.
3. Immediately scrub with a stiff plastic bristle brush. Or side by side floor maintainer
4. Immediately rinse with a pressure washer or hose with full power.
5. Allow concrete to dry. Most, if not all, of the white stains should be gone.
6. Repeat this procedure where the white stains remain.
FYI: Your concrete is not damaged with the white stains; it is just super sealed. The stains are a result of over applying sealer to that area. You do have the option of doing nothing and over time the white stains will wear off.
