Yes, SealGreen Oil Cleaner Degreaser was designed to remove surface stains and new stains. If the stains penetrated deeper that ¼ of an inch into the substrate, we recommend doing a two-step cleaning process.
1. Use SealGreen Oil Cleaner Degreaser and wash as much as possible of the surface.
2. Let dry
3. Apply SealGreen Gray-Out. This will work itself into the concrete over time and eat all the oil inside the concrete.
NOTE: DO NOT use Gray-Out on colored concrete.
