Before sealing floor, you should build the block walls. The sealer on the floor may prevent the mortar from adhering to the floor. You will need SealGreen Kennel Sealer Concentrate for the floor, and SealGreen Brick and Stone for the block walls if they are made like cinder blocks, or if they are made of solid concrete blocks then SealGreen Kennel Sealer will work.
