Best process:
1. Clean the rust stains first using the SealGreen Rust Remover.
2. Allow concrete surface to dry after rinsing
3. Using the SealGreen Oil Cleaner Degreaser clean as much as oil as possible from the surface. We recommend using hot water mixed with The SealGreen Green Oil Cleaner concentrate. It is much stronger and helps get into the concrete.
4. Rinse the cleaner
5. Allow concrete surface to dry after rinsing
6. Apply the SealGreen Gray-Out lightly just enough to cover whatever stain is left. This will clean the oil that has penetrated deep in the concrete.
