It will mix better if you use room temperature water (NOT Hot).
1. Use a small container to mix the solution
2. Add the room temperature water first
3. Add the SealGreen Rust Remover powder in small portions and mix until you dissolve all the clumps, then add more powder.
4. It should be a semi clear gel when is all mixed.
It is a lot easier when you mix the entire container because you can use a power tool to mix the powder.
