Follow-up question:
The products have some smell but all non toxic. I would compare the smell to less than a paint can from Home Depot. The rust remover smells like rotten eggs during application but smell is gone after rinsing. We use the products indoors all during winter in commercial and residential spaces even when people are working or living in the work/home. The products have been approved for inside and outside use in California, Oregon and Washington. These states are the most restrictive states in the area of health and safety products for humans and the environment.

Question 1- We do not recommend or use any type of acid because it is very harmful to the environment and the water that we drink. Efflorescence builds over time and can have a large build up. I do not know how you determine it was calcium. We do not have products that will remove calcium.
Question 2 – Always start from the bottom up to eliminate streaks from product running down he wall.
