If the floor has any type of coating on it you will need to remove it with SealGreen SC1600 Coating Remover. If the concrete does not have any glue, sealer, or paint on it you need to apply the following process:
1. Wash the floor with SealGreen Kennel Cleaner. This will resurface any urine that has penetrated the concrete.
2. Allow the floor to dry for at least 24 hours
3. Apply two coats of SealGreen Kennel Sealer allow to dry for 8 hours before any type of flooring is installed.
4. If you need to glue the new flooring to the sealed concrete use a glue for a nonporous surface. Contact the manufacturer of the floor they will recommend what brand of nonporous glue you should use.
