will this work on stripping my concrete steps so I can put fresh seal down? SCR1600 Coatings Remover - With Oil Cleaner/Degreaser

my steps are grey...i assume it's a colored seal or paint? not sure, i spilled some rubbing alcohol on them and whatever it is came partly off. Need to strip and reseal, I'm assuming. I like that this product is pet and landscape safe...
