We need to remove black mastic from a concrete floor. We have already removed remnants of linoleum/carpet/other adh SGR1500 Mastic and Adhesive Remover for Concrete - With Oil Cleaner/Degreaser

We need to remove black mastic from a concrete floor. We have already removed remnants of linoleum/carpet/other adhesives with Kleen Strip floor adhesive remover that we got from the local hardware store. It did not all of the black mastic. We need a finished surface that can be painted (epoxy or otherwise) and be cleanable. Can concrete that has had the SRG 1500 mastic remover used then be painted over?
