We recommend the SealGreen SCR1600 Coating remover. This product will remove paint, and sealers but it will not remove the acid stain color because the acid burn the color into the concrete permanently.
The following video will show how the SCR 1600 works over an acid stain and results. We recommend re-sealing the floor with SealGreen E10 Epoxy sealer.
