I am surprised that you are getting efflorescence after using Radonseal. Our SealGreen Efflorescence Cleaner will not damage the framing and the studs (metal or wood). You can avoid over spraying the framing by using a shield during the application.
For inside applications we recommend using a light rinse application of water and collecting with a wet/dry vacuum. This process will assist in reducing water penetration and allow to dry faster.
In some cases, penetrating sealers applied on a new grade level slab will create a white dusty condition that looks like efflorescence but is not. What it is, is sealer that was not able to penetrate the concrete and dried on the surface.
