The SealGreen Tintable Concrete Sealer is intended to be mixed with SealGreen Color Stains to stain plain concrete with color and seal at the same time. The Tintable Sealer once mixed with color stain is ONLY to be used on non-previously sealed concrete and only on broom finished surfaces. This solution provides a matte finish.
1. You need to clean the concrete surface with SealGreen Color Stain Primer. After washing allow the concrete to dry for 8 hours.
2. SealGreen Tintable Sealer Concentrate is mixed with plain water according to the instructions on the back of the bottle.
3. Once the Tintable Sealer Concentrate is mixed with water it will be used to mix with the SealGreen Concentrate Color Stain.
4. 1-Quart of SealGreen Concentrate Color Stain will be mixed with 4-quarts of mixed Tintable Sealer. This mix will produce 1-1/4 Gallons of applicable color stain. Average coverage is 250 square feet.
5. 1-quart of color concentrate mixed with less Tintable Sealer will increase the intensity of the color. The minimum mix is 1-quart color to 1-quart of mixed Tintable Sealer.
6. 1-quart of color concentrate mixed with more Tintable Sealer will dilute the intensity of the color. The maximum mix is 1-quart color to 20-quarts mixed Tintable Sealer.

8. Typically, you will do a main application, let dry and then do a second lighter application to balance areas that may need more color.
