The black lichen is also called mold or mildew. To remove it we recommend the use of our SealGreen Mold and Mildew Remover. If you have heavy mold apply and soak heavily and allow to remain for 12 hours or overnight. The next day apply some more SealGreen Mold and Mildew Remover and then rinse with a pressure washer. We recommend using Turbo Nozzle tip with your pressure washer to obtain the best results.
After you have cleaned your project we recommend sealing it to mitigate the return of the black lichen or mold mildew. We have the appropriate sealer for the type of surface you want to seal at SealGreen.com
