If you have very old or heavy mold or mildew to remove we recommend the use of our SealGreen Mold and Mildew Remover. If you have heavy mold apply and soak heavily and allow to remain for 12 hours or overnight. (It does not matter if it dries). The next day apply some more SealGreen Mold and Mildew Remover and then rinse with a pressure washer. We recommend using Turbo Nozzle tip with your pressure washer to obtain the best results.
If you have light mold or mildew just treat the floor allow 5 to 10 minutes to penetrate and rinse.
After you have cleaned your project we recommend sealing it to mitigate the return of the black lichen or mold mildew. We have the appropriate sealer for the type of surface you want to seal at SealGreen.com
