Once the SealGreen Rust Remover is mixed according to instructions, you have about 3 to 4 hours to apply the product. Therefore, we only sell the product in 8oz container or 1-quart. We suggest mixing only one container at the time or if you plan to cover a larger area calculate the square feet and only mix and treat the area to be clean with in a manageable time to allow the product to work, and rinse. In some cases, you may have to do more than one application. Do not apply the product and leave beyond 30 minutes because it may create white stains. We also recommend rinsing with a pressure washer using the green tip or 15-degree tip and no more than 3000psi.
We recommend to do a small test to determine the time require and if you will be needing a second application.
You can seal the concrete immediately after all stains are removed and the concrete has been dry for 24 hours. We recommend SealGreen Concrete Sealer
