We recommend the following solution:
1. Wash the floor with SealGreen Color Stain Primer. This is recommended even if the floor is new. This product will create a better bondable surface.
2. If the floor is on a grade level then it should be first seal with SealGreen E10 Vapor Barrier Epoxy Sealer (1 coat).
3. Then apply a final coat of SealGreen W10 Finishing Gloss Sealer for middle to low traffic floors (residential traffic) or if the floor is used in a commercial environment it should be seal with SealGreen Poly Shine.
4. This solution will give you a wet look with a gloss finish.
