Singerman Laboratories Rust Remover for Concrete
Hi - researching your products. Have some manganese sulfate (MnSO4) stains on concrete driveway and sidewalk next to a lawn probably from fertilizer overspray (water and MNSO4). Some got on stucco on the house too – however the spots on the vertical stucco came off easily in seconds with just some 3% hydrogen peroxide, but on the horizontal driveway and sidewalk the hydrogen peroxide just off gassed and bubbled so there probably is other organic material on the driveway along with the manganese sulfate. Using vinegar and Hydrogen Peroxide makes an acid that removed one spot in seconds, although the acid it makes is considered somewhat dangerous. There is also some light lichen type coating after the very wet winter, or perhaps mildew on the rest of the driveway. I am going to pressure wash it but would like your suggestion on what cleaner(s) you sell that might help which I can safely use near the edge of the lawn, and might be effective on both stains. The areas are appx:
Concrete with manganese dioxide stains 300 sq ft
All concrete with just misc light lichen and mildew etc 600 sq feet.
