Unfortunately, we do not have a safe way to remove tire marks of concrete. Safe (meaning) without damaging the surface of the concrete. Some people attempt cleaning with a very high-pressure washer and end up damaging the surface.
Here are some reasons why tire marks:
1. Tires are under inflated and drag more over concrete.
2. New concrete has a rougher surface compared to old concrete.
3. High performance tires mark newer concrete more.
Fortunately, the marks are not permanent and will eventually go away. As long as it is not burn-out.
