We have not tested the SealGreen Rust Remover over rust stains treated with ascorbic acid. We recommend to test to see if our SealGreen Rust Remover 8oz container will work.

tried cleaning some rust stains on concrete driveway with ascorbic acid. Rust stains turned black. What to do now Singerman Laboratories Rust Remover for Concrete
Applied ascorbic acid to some spots which then turned black. Would like to try Singerman concrete cleaner to rust spots but will it clean the blackened rust spots as well.
