Thank you for using SealGreen Gray-Out Waterless il Cleaner.
1. After you apply the product just enough to cover the stain. (I this case more is not better) let sit there for two or three days to allow it to temporarily stick to the surface of the concrete. It uses the humidity in the air to stick to the floor. Do not add water to make it go faster.
2. Upon contact with the stain, it will activate the enzymes in the product. The microscopic enzymes will slowly crawl into the concrete eating the oil stain and converting it to CO2. They will continue eating until the oil stain is gone.
3. Depending on how much oil is in the concrete it may take weeks or months to clean all the stain. Once the oil is gone the gray powder will release automatically and leave your concrete clean.
4. In some cases, during the cleaning process you may have to add additional powder when you can see the stain appear again. Just add powder to the visible stain so it can continue working.
5. It will not hurt the grass because it is a safe product for the environment.
6. To protect your concrete from future oil stains we recommend sealing the concrete with SealGreen Concrete Sealer.
7. Please watch the application video.
