The warmer the better the product is going to work. I would wait until your garage floor is about 50 degrees. When you apply the SealGreen Rust Remover there is a chemical reaction. This reaction works better at 50 Degrees plus temperatures. You can try below the suggested temperatures but not below 32 Degrees when water freezes.
