1. Yes, all our sealers are low or no VOCs. Can be used indoors and outdoors except for SealGreen W10 finish Coat is an Inside sealer only.
2. Yes, Efflorescence should be removed before sealing. Sometimes is impossible to remove all the efflorescence because if it is old, it becomes permanent. To remove efflorescence, you should use our SealGreen Efflorescence Cleaner.
3. There is no such thing as a permanent sealer in the market today. Our SealGreen Concrete Sealer has a 20-year life, and we recommend a refresh every 5 to 7 years. To seal whatever microscopic pores have opened over time. To re-apply the sealer, we recommend using SealGreen Maintenance Sealer.
