The process is as follows:
1. Wash the entire floor with SealGreen Oil Cleaner Degreaser. This will remove dirt and most of the surface oils on the floor.
2. Once it is washed and dried apply SealGreen Gray-Out to the oil stains that did not come out with the first wash.
3. The gray-Out will clean the old oil stains that are deep into the concrete. This process will take some time to complete. Depending on how deep they are the oil stains can be cleaned in weeks or months. Patience is necessary for this step.
4. If the oil stains are not all over the floor just under the car section you can go ahead and seal all the other clean areas with SealGreen Garage Floor Concrete Sealer except where the Gray-Out is working.
5. Once all the oil stains are gone you can go ahead and seal the clean oil free areas.
