It is best to store the cleaner and sealer chemicals in a control environment, like a basement or storage where it does not get extremely hot or very cold. Temperature at extreme levels will reduce the strength of the products.
The expected life of a non-diluted product stored under control temperatures is 12 months. Once the product is diluted it will have another 12-month life before it becomes a week solution. All products concentrated or diluted will require a slow stir before use after being in storage for longer than 3 months.
I recommend having a pump sprayer always ready with diluted SealGreen Cleaner handy for daily use.
My suggestion is to buy what you need and not over buy to place it in storage.
