Since you do not define the type of tyle floor we can only answer in reference to sealing the grout. To seal the grout, you will need a small paint brush which will be used for manually sealing every line of grout. If you have a ceramic cover tile you have to be careful not to get sealer on the tile, it can stain the ceramic tile. If you get sealer on the tile by accident, wipe immediately with a wet sponge.
