1. The yellow stains sometimes happen when the sealer reacts with something in the concrete. When this happens, we tell the customer that they should go away. If not we will come and wash the driveway again. We notify our customers in the service quote that this may happen.
“In some cases when we apply our sealer sometimes it will create yellow stains where the cure and seal remain from initial installation of the concrete. These yellow stains are temporary stains, and they will go away over a period of 30 to 60 days. If not we will return to wash the concrete again.”
2. I noticed in the pictures that the driveway has some streaking - dark lines. Usually this is a result of washing the driveway too fast and the type of cleaner used. I suggest that you use a cleaner that removes mold and mildew and use a surface cleaner slowly so it can clean the concrete evenly.
3. We recommend using SealGreen Mold and Mildew Remover. If the concrete is very dirty we apply the cleaner the day before and let it sit overnight and rinse the following morning.
