NO, SealGreen Concrete Sealer will not change the look, and will not change the surface of the concrete after application. The sealer is a penetrating sealer that is inside the concrete. It penetrates about one-eighth of an inch into the concrete. The sealer is not a coating that remains on the surface like paint. If the surface of your concrete is not slippery today before sealer application, it will not be slippery after the application even if it is wet or has snow.
