ANSWER:
Since it is not clearly defined if the sealer is going to be applied to the concrete pool deck surrounding the pool or the concrete inside the pool where it will be under water continuously.
You also do not define what type of concrete is it, assuming it is on the pool deck not inside of the pool: is it stamped concrete, plain concrete, colored concrete?
If it is used for sealing the concrete pool deck surrounding the pool, it will work great because the sealer has salt defense technology to protect the concrete against salts, deicers, snow melting, and others.
If the pool deck is plain concrete we recommend using SealGreen Concrete Sealer.
If the concrete is stamped then the SealGreen Poly Matte or best SealGreen E15 Epoxy for stamped concrete will work. Please add SealGreen antiskid if you are using Poly Matte or the E15.
The sealers will not work inside the pool under constant water pressure. Our sealers are not designed to be under continued water pressure. If this is the case you need to look at a marine 100% water proffer sealer that can stand the pressure of the water.
